Joshua Warman has lived in the Lehigh Valley his entire life except for his time serving our country as U.S. Marine. He graduated from Easton Area High School and then left to serve his country. Upon his return he worked in the Land surveying field for 9 years. After that he got his Bachelor’s degree in General Science from Moravian College. He was involved with 2 local Boy Scout / Cub Scout units and also ran the City of Easton’s Soccer Program. He has been interested in real estate for a long time and decided it was something he wanted to do full time. He started Preferred Choice Realtors LLC in 2019 and truly enjoys helping people find the homes of their dreams.

Born and raised in the Slatebelt, this hometown girl has deep roots to her community. She and her husband, Bill, raised their two children, Jared and Kali in the same small town. Having grown up here, Christine is very familiar with the surrounding areas which makes her a valuable asset to her real estate customers. Before getting into real estate, Christine worked in a law firm helping and assisting customers for more than 23 years.  

Tara is a lifelong resident of the Slate Belt and graduated from Bangor High School. She lives in Bangor with her husband and 3 children. She is a Legal Assistant with a real estate background. She understands the importance of picking the right home for the right family and is ready to find the perfect match for you.
